We carry several lines of food including Harrison's, Roudybush, Totally Organics, ZuPreem and Scenic. We also carry the best seed and treat mixes including Volkman, Kaylor of Colorado, and Goldenfeast...but food is only part of our product line. We also have a huge selection of toys, carriers, accessories and so much more.

A little bit about us: Since we are owned by parrots and shop online for our supplies, we decided to provide a shop where we could offer all the great products that we use to our bird loving friends and save heaps on shipping as well. Typically, we have to purchase from several websites and pay shipping fees too. So...Flock Stop was born. *As the owner of Flock Stop, I personally use these products for my birds, and only want the best for your birds as well. I'd also like to mention that all products are inspected for safety and approved by a Board Certified Avian Veterinarian before being added to our catalog. If at any time we feel that a product is inappropriate, it is removed from our catalog. We want to keep our customers and their birds happy and healthy!

Shipping Information:

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

UPS is our preferred shipper.

Shipping charges are based on actual UPS charges, and will be calculated in real time. They will show up in the checkout cart after the customer enters their zip code.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. This protects you from someone using your credit information and shipping to an unauthorized address.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: including Puerto Rico, Outlying Islands, and U.S. Territories

After placing your order with Flock Stop, you will receive an automated confirmation email. The receipt of the order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of an order by us. The automated order confirmation email you receive only confirms that our system has received your order. Flock Stop reserves the right to correct any order errors, or to limit the order quantity for any item. Items out of stock are not automatically backordered. Out of stock items will need to be reordered when available. Flock Stop reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if we suspect fraud, an invalid email address/other contact information, incorrect billing information, or other information necessary to process your order at our discretion. We may request verification of credit card information or other important information, prior to the acceptance of any order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have a problem with your order for any reason, give us a call or email us and we will do our very best to make it right. Our policies are pretty straight-forward and standard to most ofther online sites. Please, email us if you have questions before you put your order through.

Product Return Policy If for some reason you wish to return an item you have ordered from us, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We would have to authorize the return and give the proper address for returning the item.

Please read the following return policies and procedures before making the return:

Merchandise that can be returned must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise as long as the returned merchandise has been unused, unopened and has not been damaged in any way. All returned merchandise must be in the original unopened manufacturer's container or packaging in which you received it, as well as still being in the original "new" condition to receive a full credit/refund of the product cost. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please contact us for instructions on the return of products before doing so. Please see the list of items below that are not returnable.

For the safety of your birds, ANYTHING that has come into contact with birds is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. This policy may seem strict, but it is designed to protect the health and safety of all of our customers birds. Please note that a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on any item that is returned that is not damaged, defective, broken, etc. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Books & Videos/DVDs may only be returned if in the original, unopened package. If there is a problem with your video/DVD quality, we can exchange it for the same title. No refunds will be given on books or opened videos/DVDs.

IMPORTANT! The following items may not be returned for any type of refund, credit, or exchange: As bird owners do not want to receive goods that have been exposed to other birds and that could potentially carry diseases, natural materials such as wood, cloth and fiber are not returnable. All food items which have been opened; FlightSuits! If the package has been opened; FlightSuit! Leashes if the package has been opened; Any Bird Toy which is not sealed in plastic by the manufacturer; Any cloth or natural fiber item which cannot be disinfected including: Aviator Harnesses, Feather Tether Bird Harnesses, Bird Cage Skirts, Shoulder Aprons, or Cage Covers.

UPS RETURN FEES AND ADDRESS RE-ROUTING - ALL CUSTOMERS:

This applies to all customers. Orders returned to us because of failure to deliver by UPS (due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given on an order, refusal to accept a package when delivery is attempted, failure to provide a signature if required, or re-routing of the delivery address by the customer) will be charged all return shipping fees charged by UPS. This will also include the original shipping fees, or additional address change fees (for re-routing the order to a different delivery address - currently $10.00). These shipping fees on returned orders will be deducted from any credit due on returned merchandise. The $10.00 service fee by UPS for changing the delivery address of your order, will be charged to your credit card.

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly when you placed your order and need to change it, please email us at flockstop@yahoo.com immediately, so that we can change the address for you before your order is shipped out. If your order has already been shipped out and you discover your address was entered wrong, please email us immediately so that we can try and have UPS re-route the package to the correct address. NOTE: UPS does charge a correction fee and you will be responsible for paying that fee.

Flock Stop is not responsible for losses due to customer failure to provide accurate address information (including street numbers, apartment and suite numbers, etc). Fees may apply to orders when improper address is used. All orders must include a phone number.

What credit cards do you accept? Methods of payment include MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

I don't have a credit card, do you accept checks? If you sign up for a PayPal account, you can pay by using a check. However, please understand that by using this form of payment your order will take longer to process (usually 7 - 10 business days) and your order may be slightly delayed.

Do you accept COD orders? No.

Special Note: Please frequently inspect and remove all used toys/cage items that are visibly frayed, broken or damaged. It doesn't take long for some birds to destroy an item and the possible risk to your bird isn't worth keeping dangerous items in their cage beyond safe use...even if the item is a personal favorite of your bird. There are always other toys available to purchase or to be make at home.
